I really don't think they can, the marriages were legal at the time, so you should be grandfathered in.

Legally, you'd think they can't. I have hope that the legal system in America *usually* provides and injection of progress, though not always. I will hope that their initial ruling will stand firm in their minds, and they will reject Ken Starr's shenanigans.
